Useful Documents

 

In order to be able to pay you for your lecture or seminar we are obliged to furnish our Accountant with the following documents at the beginning of each academic year:

(Maximum age for all speakers and/or lecturers : 65 )

• An information sheet of personal details ;
• An employment card which differs according to each socio-professional category :
  • Commercial sector private and public enterprises : an attestation from your principal employer.
  • Public Sector (State, Local Authorities, Public Establishments) :
    • attestation form your principal employer,
    • authorisation for additional remuneration delivered by your Administrative Head of Department (this authorisation also includes lecturers from Paris I University who are contracted to carry out part of their service at the IAE)
  • Independent or self-employed workers : either a photocopy of contributions for professional taxation or a copy of contributions to family benefit at the URSAAF (French Regional Union of Social Security) if you do not contribute to professional taxation.
  • oirectors of Companies who do not receive a salary : photocopy of the Kbis extract for your company.
  • o Retired workers : photocopy of your notification of official retirement.
• Two banking identity sheets concerning your account details issued by your bank (orignal documents only).

No payment can be made to you in the absence of any one of these documents.
