These diplomas (degrees) aimed at young people who already hold a professional position in a company, are intended to complement their present work by offering further training alongside their daily work. Monthly seminars organised on a ‘day-release’ basis lead to further qualifications, as do evening and Saturday courses. All of these courses can be pursued under the umbrella of in-service training: ( PF – Training Plan), ( CIF – Individual Training Sabbatical period), ( CTF – Capital time Training), and also through individual, private arrangements. The IAE puts into practice the decrees of 2002 regarding the validation of experience (la Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience )( VAE).

• Validation des Acquis (Décrets 1985) , for candidates wishing to follow a course for which they do not have the relevant qualification (Bac + 4)(4 years of Higher Education post 18+ school leaving qualification).
• Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (Décrets 2002) ,for candidates wishing to obtain a part or the whole of a diploma/degree.
